I've had plantation shutters in all of my windows for over 3 years now. Anytime we've had any issue at all, I've texted Andrew (even on a weekend), and he's had someone contact me immediately next business day. Rodger has come by twice to adjust our shutters and has been prompt and wonderful to work with. For the warranty alone, I will absolutely be using Louver Shop again.

We got to meet the Owner on a walk in. He was able to assist us in fixing our 17 year old blind. It had been sitting at my house for many years. I had tryed the big stores over the years with out success. They have a great selection available. With many different designs to choose from. Also they are offering blinds for environmental tax incentives. Great Experience with kid friendly show room.
