The ten years ago old shutters were like new when we moved last year. The service and communication during the entire process was professional and friendly. I worked with Tommy for the various options available. I actually ended up going with the manufactured blinds. The measurement and install appointments were great - quick and clean. They look great and make a noticeable difference on hot days. An added benefit - at least in 2024 - the option I picked came with a tax rebate! Great service and product - no hesitation recommending.

I was referred to the Louver Shop by a friend who loved the plantation shutters quality, price, and service experience in their home. The process initiated with a visit to measure every window in my home including the large windows of the sunroom. The representative honored the cleanliness of my home by removing their shoes and keeping things tidy as I would. Installation of the plantation shutters was neat, clean, and precise. The fit and function of each plantation shutter is above expectations as was the flexibility of the Louver Shop to order and install an additional plantation shutter for a window upstairs I had not considered previously. The installation process was professional, courteous, and, again, honored the cleanliness of my home in all aspects. I am beyond delighted with the visual appearance and functional flexibility of the plantation shutters the Louver Shop sized and installed in every window of my home! The Louver Shop actually deserves 6 stars but this review function is not set up to accommodate but 5.

This was outstanding because the representative was on time, took the measurements, then gave me a very good estimate as to the amount of time for completion. The completion was a little sooner than expected, which was wonderful. When I needed an adjustment a representative came right out and made the adjustment and explained why it appeared to be a little different and how they actually fitted within the shape of the window casing.Very satisfied with the service and product. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.‼️
