This is the most pleasant experience I've had with any company in the Low Country!!! Ryan the owner, was very accommodating, communicated very well, did what he said he'd do. The installation went great. We discovered a problem with one of the blinds, called Ryan, and they apologized, and took care of it pronto. You can't ask for anything better than that. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Jeb came to the house to get info to allow him to order shutters. He gave me a firm quote and an installation window. At one minute prior to the install appointment time, Tony was at the door ready to roll. A friendlier, more professional attitude will be hard to find. He did an excellent job and went beyond his commitment, removing the old curtains and even carting the old blinds away. A+++ service!
