The Louver Shop was amazing from the beginning of my experience to the end! Russ our knowledgeable consultant explained very detail to ensure my expectations were met or options were presented. Their shutters include cost free upgrades like split moving and larger louver sizes. The explained my delivery time would be 7-8 weeks, they arrived within 3 weeks! The install team was professional and paid attention to detail. They walked through my house with me as I completed quality inspection and adjusted things as needed. I can’t express how impressed I was with the service and quality of my beautiful plantation shutters!

We had shutters installed on 2 different occasions. The shutters look beautiful. Process was simple. Each time a rep came out, measured and went over options. We ordered and shutters were installed about 6 weeks later. We really did not have to do much. Installation took less than 1 hour each time and we were also shown how to use the shutters properly. I would highly recommend the Louver Shop.

They made a promise I would have my shutters before Christmas and when it looked like it might not happen, Russ and Jackie went the extra mile making calls and even offering to drive and pick them up for us. To summarize my experiences with Louver Shop of Charlotte to date: Quality, Beautiful Product, Genuine People and Customer Service Beyond Reproach. There aren't enough words permitted in this post, to describe the service we received. Craig is an extremely personable, friendly person who went out of his way to ensure everything was just perfect for us, in our new home. In the end, they couldn’t have been more perfect! The shutters are gorgeous! I had never considered shutters being mixed in with our Hunter Douglas Roller shades; however, with Craig's natural flair for design, he saw the opportunity immediately and delivered. He took the time to meticulously paint each shutter to perfectly matched our existing decor, and installed them with the same attention to detail, resulting in beautiful shutters which fit perfectly and couldn't match better. With the Hunter Douglas rollers shades, the experience was much the same. We have extremely large casement windows which face a public area in our bedroom and Master Bath. These have had no coverings for the last few months since buying our home making privacy a serious concern. Our shades came in earlier then the shutters and understanding our current circumstance, Craig made a special trip, without us needing to ask and at no extra charge, to install the shades, and provide the privacy we badly needed while we waited for the shutters. This was huge and really demonstrates the type of people the Louvre Shop of Charlotte are. The Louvre Shop of Charlotte genuinely CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and the satisfaction they will receive from their products over many, many years! Craig took the time to ensure everything was just perfect from the design, install, ensuring we understood how to use, the warranties etc. There was no rushing, instead the whole process was actually enjoyable. Charlie came to our new condo and gave us a quote for shutters and patio door treatments in March. The materials arrived in mid May, right when we were told they would. Cieko, the person doing the installation, asked for two days to get the job done. He arrived on time and worked about 12 hours to complete the installation in one day. He did a wonderful job. He removed all the packaging when he left. Except for the beautiful new shutters and patio door treatments, we would not know he was here. Cieko was friendly, professional and worked well beyond our expectations to complete the work in one day rather than two. I can highly recommend Louver Shop, Jenni, Charlie and Cieko if you need shutters or window treatments. You will be in good hands.

Great customer service! Very easy to work with. I got shutters put on my glass front doors for privacy and blinds put in my office for insulation and privacy. They look great and will disappear at the touch of a button under a valence. The representative was on time and left the job site clean. I am very happy with the results and recommend their services. They worked around my random work schedule which was much appreciated!
