We called, made an appointment with Jim Potter, he was prompt, knowledgable, showed us samples and let us know they are made in America. The shutters arrived in 6 weeks as promised. Tony, who was the installer, arrived on time, was very professional, the shutters were very well made, the install went perfectly and they look beautiful. We purchased plantation shutters for our parents 52 wedding anniversary. Bill came and took measurements. He had a quote to me 24 hours later. He blew the Lowe’s quote out of the water. After installation the home looked incredible. A year later they look and operate perfectly. Great product.
