Roger and Oscar installed the shutters in my bedroom. They did a timely, wonderful job and the shutters are beautiful. Roger explained the care and operation of the shutters to me and he also adjusted one of my old shutters in another room at no extra charge. He understood that I was on a budget, and I never felt pressured into a more expensive option, even though I did end up choosing to go with a slightly more expensive blind.I am planning to reach out again in the future when I need more windows updated.
