I have worked with both Carol & now Jory who always measured properly, made suggestions as to color, style, & overall provided excellent customer service. Glen does a great job of installing and cleaning up after the job is done. Very easy to work with and personable. Arrived on time and gave me a great suggestion for what model shutters to use. An idea I would have never thought of !Florida room looks great both inside and out, with the new shutters .Also,Glen informed me that these shutters are eligible for a tax credit of up to $1200.00 under the Inflation Reduction Act and provided me with a Manufacturers Certification for my tax accountant. The Louver Shop of Maryland provided us with excellent services from the initial rep. visit and preparation of a very reasonable estimate, to final installation and clean-up! Mr. Chris Fairman provided EXCELLENT installation and clean-up services in a very timely manner. Mr. Fairman was very professional and thorough as he worked; he was very quiet as he unpacked the blinds and installed them, as well as disposing of old drapes and hardware. He made sure I was happy with the results prior to his departure. Based on this first contract, we will definitely be working with The Louver Shop of Maryland again in the near future as we continue our window blinds project to beautify our home!
I highly recommend the Louver Shop. We received estimates from several companies on a shutter to fit our not perfect semi-circle window. By far the Louver shop offered a great product, had the best price and the shortest delivery times. Greg was amazing in helping to identify a solution for our irregular size window that still gave manual moveable louvers PLUS space to install an Indow window noise reduction insert, if we still had challenges with plane and road noise. Honestly, the noise is dramatically reduced that we likely will not need the insert for that window. The installation with Ronnie was so easy, quick yet still attention to detail. The shutter has upgraded our master bedroom while providing the function of light and noise reduction.

Greg was fantastic in identifying options for our non-perfect semi-circle window that still allowed for movable louvers PLUS an Indow noise reduction insert (if still needed). Ronnie's attention to detail with the installation made that process quick and easy. Most importantly I have a beautiful shutter that is providing light and even noise reduction that was nearly half the cost of a competitor! It is a no brainer we will be using them for an future window covering needs!
