I had all of my windows replaced in my home. Once that job was complete I decided I wanted plantation style shutters on all the windows on the front of my home. I had a friend recommended The Louver Shop as she had used them for her plantation shutters several years before. I contacted The Louver Shop and spoke with Rene. She explained that she could set an appointment for Donnie to come out and measure and go over the options that would be available. Stephen arrived promptly at the appointment time. Stephen explained the different options and sizes. He measured and was able to give a price during his visit. He stated that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the shutters to be custom manufactured and installed. To my total surprise at about the 4 week mark Rene called and said that she was ready to set up my installation date. That was yesterday May 15! John and John arrived with the shutters. After unloading them and placing them at each window they began the installation. Those men were true craftsman! They were not only professional but speedy. They had all 8 windows installed, caulked and completed in no more than 45 minutes!! The shutters are absolutely stunning!! I could not be more pleased!! From my first contact with The Louver Shop to completion, the entire process was completely seamless! Thank you!!!
