Freddy & his wife came into my mother’s home on Saturday the 15th about 9am. I will say they were both extremely very nice couple & worked well together!! Freddy seemed like a very good perfectionist , making sure that every move he did & all they did to put the frame up to the shutters & then the shutters in, were done with such precision using his leveler at all times!! His wife was an excellent worker & helped just as much & hard !! We were & are very happy with the work & the shutters, & they explained everything to both of us !! I love my custom plantation-style interior shutters. I chose the wood shutters with invisible opening mechanism, painted white. My house is over 100 years old, still with original windows and trim. The shutters were installed in one day and are beautiful -- just what my home deserved. The salesman and the installer where great to work with, efficient and did a fantastic job. With summer sun on the way, this is a great investment in keeping my house cool and upgrading its value. Couldn't be happier!

I’d like to share my wonderful experience with Louver Shop Savannah. I had my condo done with plantation shutters about 7 years ago. The installation went smoothly and I’ve been very happy with my decision in contracting Ryan Belfry’s company. I was having a problem with one of the shutters closing & contacted Ryan. Although I was beyond the warranty period; he came by and helped get my shutter closed despite it being a settling problem with my unit. That’s customer service! You definitely want to hire Gary Loconsole for your window treatments. Gary and his wife Laura go above and beyond to help you make the right decisions in terms of design and price tradeoffs. Also Gary is a trained carpenter and makes sure the job is done right with craftsmanship. They were very communicative and helpful for our new home. You won’t regret working with this team to bring your home and windows to the next level.
I love my new wooden shutters, Cieko was so helpful and patient while we figured out the right stain, and it looks perfect. He was right on with the delivery time frame as well. I plan to call him back when I decide what to do in my turrets, he had great suggestion and told me to think on it as it ends up being a matter of preference. I really appreciate that there isn't any pressure. I would also say their pricing is very fair, I had a quote from another company in Cincinnati and they were quite a bit more expensive.

We called several window covering businesses to review options and get a quote. Including the company that works with Costco. They either never replied or replied nearly a month later! We saw the ad for The Louver Shop and called them. Yes, we left a message and Yes, they called back within 24 hours. We set an appointment, Pat arrived on time. We explained what we were looking for and and reviewed our options. Pat told us some of the unique features and helped us decide on colors. Daniel came out and installed them.
