Bill Porter was the easiest person to deal with. I had him do shutters for two different houses . The installer was in and out in a timely manner.I contacted Bill when I moved and within 6 weeks I had my shutters. A friend was building a new house, used another company whose product came from China, several months after they moved in their shutters finally arrived. Both of the installers were named John. They were very nice and professional. They left out new shutters looking very nice and they gave a lesson on how to operate them without damaging them and cleaned up all the equipment. Very happy with our new shutters.
