This is the most pleasant experience I've had with any company in the Low Country!!! Ryan the owner, was very accommodating, communicated very well, did what he said he'd do. The installation went great. We discovered a problem with one of the blinds, called Ryan, and they apologized, and took care of it pronto. You can't ask for anything better than that. Charlie is always polite when he comes to my house. He came out to measure a small window in my bathroom. Once the order came in, Charlie came to install the blind.
