If there were more stars to give, I would. Their employees were exceptionally professional and the quality of workmanship with the product and the installation is also exceptional. Everything is hand made in the USA and has a lifetime/transferrable warranty.The best program that they have going is a monthly payment plan without interest charged; which is very helpful when moving into a new house without any window treatments and wanting to do the whole house in plantation shutters (We have a lot of windows in the house).The process, quality of the product, and the payment plan offered was so impressive, that I provided the salesman's information (Brady Clevenger) to the builder of our home, so that he can provide the information to owners of new houses that he builds.If we ever need any other window treatments, Louver Shop is the place that we will go.

WOW is all I can say! A coworker referred me to The Louver Shop for plantation shutters and they have been nothing less than outstanding! Don came out and measured and went over everything with me (and my husband via FaceTime). He was very thorough and helpful. I was told it would take 4-5 weeks for the shutters to arrive, but I received a call in under 2 weeks saying they were ready! John and John came out today and installed shutters on all 13 windows in under an hour! They look great and even my husband admitted they add value to the house!
