We’d be happy to tell you why our exemplary customer service and American-manufactured window treatments set us apart.
However, we’re believers in letting actions speak for themselves.
We don’t say we’re the best at shutters, blinds and shades. Our pleased customers do.
I had a great experience from the first phone call through to the installation of my blinds and woven shades. Melissa definitely knows her business and Hunter Douglas products. I am so pleased with my window treatments and the service she provided all the way through the process. I would recommend Melissa and the Louver Shop to anyone looking for a quality product and excellent customer care.

We are very pleased with the personal (at our home) initial consultation. Especially when weWe are very pleased with the personal (at our home) initial consultation. Especially when we didn't have a clue what we wanted (only what we didn't want). Meghan and Corbin were patient and a wealth of information and kind! They made some suggestions that also improved prior window treatments (like adding a solar battery). We are very pleased and will definitely work with them in the future as our existing treatments age and/or need replacement.
