Jeff Smith just installed my louvers and I am thrilled with the results. He came, he measured, he installed. There were no problems whatsoever and I am very satisfied. The louvers look beautiful on my windows and provide the privacy that I wanted. Jeff showed me how to open and close the louvers correctly and advised me on proper cleaning. I definitely recommend his products and service.
The measuring process was easy and fast. The representative was very nice. He explained all my options after I told him what I was looking for. We ended up with plantation shutters for 3 rooms. 21 windows in all. The installer was very competent. None of the windows match in size so I don’t believe just any installer would be able to do it! They fit great, are good for letting light in and keeping it out. The shutters look correct for the Late Victorian period in which our House was built . Could not be happier.
