Communication from the beginning was poor. I had to track the salesman to get an appointment. He gave me a good price and I love the finished product. It took an exceptionally long time for the shutters to come in. One thing was wrong either the ends of bipass sliding shutters. One panel was damaged and had to be returned for refinishing. That took weeks to come in. I knew the product and that’s why I bought from this company.
