The Louver Shop is the BEST. The call center for the company referred me to Bill Turner. He is the representative for the Jacksonville area. He returned my call for an appointment that same evening and an appointment was scheduled within 2 days. He arrived on time with all the samples of shutters I was interested in installing. He explained every type of shutter. We went from room to room and he advised me of the best design shutter for that particular room. He took all the measurements and then sat with me to complete the order to be sure the order was complete and correct. He spent about 1½ hours with me. When he left I immediately cancelled the other scheduled vendors because I knew this was the company and representative I wanted. Bill and “Spanky” do all their own installations so they know everything is done to perfection, which it is. The prices are very reasonable and the service outstanding. I highly recommend Bill Turner.
