Dear Louver shop, I just want to tell you how much I am enjoying my beautiful shutters. John is the best, not only did he arrive on time but he never stopped a minute except to explain me certain things that I needed to know. He is a great asset because of his excellent job but also his very friendly personality. I must add that my house being 60 years old, John met with several challenges. He mastered everyone of them. Among them was my light fixture above my sink. It was in the way of my shutters. So he brought it forward as far as he could which gave enough room for my new shutters. I am so pleased.
