I have a custom home built in 1991, it has shutters in the main living area that were original to the home. Unlike most homes, our windows are 93.5 inches tall. We wanted to add shutters is the family room, and it was Important to my wife and I that we match the existing shutters. However, we soon discovered that most companies will not make shutters over 84 Inches in height. Although they will claim they can, only to notify you later that they were unable to get your order approved. The Louvre Shop said they could, and followed through on that commitment! We were so pleased with the product and service that we then went back and ordered shutters for the rest of the house. Our house looks amazing! I highly recommend Russ (sales), Rebecca (scheduling), John Sr., John Jr. (installation) and the entire Louvre Shop team!
