My entire experience with The Louvre Shop exceeded my expectations. They educated me about the best options, explained everything and treated me like family. The product, the service and the installation were handled in a timely and professional manner. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors and friends and I’m sure they will do more business as a result of my recommendation.
After all is said and done, I have satisfactory shutters installed by the Louver Shop. However, it took 3 sets of shutters being installed to get to this point. Tony, the installer, was great and honest about what we both were seeing with the 1st 2 sets being unsatisfactory for the amount of money I was paying.Order was placed mid February for the 1st set and now by May 28th I have shutters that will do. So if you do not mind the wait time and being inconvenienced by replacement shutters likely needed to be happy with the final result, then this is the company you should use.Jeb (the owner) sent an invoice for the final payment without offering to discount and after I mentioned expecting a discount for this unsatisfactory experience he did discount the final invoice by $290.
