Chase from The Louver Shop staff was friendly, professional, and very responsive to our needs and concerns and we had no problems reaching staff at any time. Installation went smoothly; Ron was quick and efficient. They also provided shades for the French doors in the kitchen which look great and provide the privacy I felt we needed at this time.

Very responsive and did a great job of keeping us informed as to when blinds would be shipped and then installed. Showed up on time, installed with no problems and cleaned up. Answer all questions.
