He was always professional and very knowledgeable… he even offered design suggestions. Craig was very responsive to all of my calls, and provided updates along the way. It took a while for my order to arrive but once it was received the installation was immediate. I love how they changed the look of my kitchen and dining room. I bought blinds last year for 3 windows. Craig was able to match up the new blinds to the ones in the rest of the house. This year I ordered blinds for 3 more windows since my cat chewed the cords. Again, Craig did a great job at a fair price. I love my new blinds. Should I need to have more blinds or shades replaced, I know who to contact.
