I've been wanting shutters for a long time and had gotten a few estimates, but I wasn't feeling confident about the final look. I even told Megan I can be a little particular and wasn't sure I could be pleased! I'm so glad she was patient and took the time to explain the difference between the frame options. She even showed me what it would look like in a home, and I'm so happy I went with the frames. The shutters are a great investment, and I'm completely satisfied with how they look. We love our plantation shutters. The cost was less than the big box stores and installation was great. We also purchased automated Hunter Douglas shades for the back of our house, which were worth the expense. We appreciated the no pressure and helpful sales from Donnie.
