The initial in house visit was great, Craig went over all my options and I found that the bi-fold shutters worked very nicely for a couple of my windows. He was very patient as far as my home being completed was put off a couple of times. Finally could have them installed and Ray was great, it took a couple of days, I ordered a lot of shutters, but Ray moved right along with everyone of them. He was very good, he didn’t require us to move anything, he did it all. I have enjoyed my experience with Louver Shop Shutters of Charlotte.
