I have a custom home built in 1991, it has shutters in the main living area that were original to the home. Unlike most homes, our windows are 93.5 inches tall. We wanted to add shutters is the family room, and it was Important to my wife and I that we match the existing shutters. However, we soon discovered that most companies will not make shutters over 84 Inches in height. Although they will claim they can, only to notify you later that they were unable to get your order approved. The Louvre Shop said they could, and followed through on that commitment! We were so pleased with the product and service that we then went back and ordered shutters for the rest of the house. Our house looks amazing! I highly recommend Russ (sales), Rebecca (scheduling), John Sr., John Jr. (installation) and the entire Louvre Shop team!

If there was a Nobel prize in customer service, it would be given to The Louver Shop. We had a problem with one of our blinds and Megan jumped on it and got a new one ordered. The color we had was discontinued so she brought samples to our house and helped us pick out a similar color. Her service was wonderful and very much appreciated.

I had shutters installed in my whole house. Megan and her team were awesome and very knowledgeable. The install was prompt and professional. I love the distinguished look the shutters give my house.
Working with Megan and Corbin was a breeze. I contacted them to get window coverings for all our windows when we built our house. They offered suggestions and explained many of my options. They were quick and installed everything for us. A few years later when we had an issue with one of our coverings I reached out to Megan. She handled the replacement and I was able to fix it within 2 weeks. I would definitely use again if I needed window coverings.
Megan and her husband do an awesome job of making sure the window treatments you get work the best for you, your home, and your budget. Installation is does professionally and they stand behind their products. They are very responsive to any problems and do their best to resolve any issues. I highly recommend them.

I was blown away by the quality of my new interior shutters. Also, Jeb and the installation professional did an excellent job. One thing I especially appreciated was their willingness to work with me when another aspect of my project was delayed, returning to do the remainder after what seemed like a long time. They were very responsive to texts, patient and great to work with overall!
