The representative was friendly, professional and easy to work with as well as accommodating. We needed new blinds in our garage which worked out very well. Later, I replaced the sad miniblinds that had been in the upstairs bedrooms when we bought the house. I upgraded to a wider blind and he suggested a longer one versus three separate blinds on each window. It’s a much nicer look. It also blocks more morning sunlight light.

Cox Law Office has used Louver Shop Shutters of Memphis on several occasions. Each time the representative of the company has completed the job in such a manner that exceeds our requests. The work quality is unmatched.

Could not be happier with this company! Not only are we completely in love with our blinds, but Rick is so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He truly has your best interest in mind. Even after installation, he still responds quickly and is very attentive to any questions I may have. I’m SO happy I went with Louver Shop than with any other company. So look no further, I promise you won’t regret it!

The Louver Shop earned my 5 Star rating by a combination of factors. I was referred to the Louver Shop by a friend who loved the plantation shutters quality, price, and service experience in their home. The process initiated with a visit to measure every window in my home including the large windows of the sunroom. The representative honored the cleanliness of my home by removing their shoes and keeping things tidy as I would.Installation of the plantation shutters was neat, clean, and precise. The fit and function of each plantation shutter is above expectations as was the flexibility of the Louver Shop to order and install an additional plantation shutter for a window upstairs I had not considered previously. The installation process was professional, courteous, and, again, honored the cleanliness of my home in all aspects.I am beyond delighted with the visual appearance and functional flexibility of the plantation shutters the Louver Shop sized and installed in every window of my home! The Louver Shop actually deserves 6 stars but this review function is not set up to accommodate but 5.
