He took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The installation was just as smooth—the installer was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. He kept everything clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. I could not be happier with my new custom blinds. On my initial consultation, Chase came to my home and listened to me go on about what I wanted. I wasn’t sure what I wanted myself. But he listened and was actually spot on! The blinds turned out perfectly! Exactly what I was picturing! Roger installed them quickly and went over everything with me. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend the Louver Shop and will be working with them again in the near future!
