What a GREAT company! Craig and The Louver Shoppe tv did all sorts of window treatments when we built our forever home on Lake Wylie alittle over eight years ago. I have had issues with a large Hunter Douglas blind going up and down easily. The smaller pull string finally broke. I called Craig and he got in touch with Hunter Douglas that has since changed the pulling mechanics of the shade and Craig had them send me a brand new shade with the upgraded mechanics. Wow! That’s customer Service at its best both from The Louver Shoppe and Hunter Douglas.Thank you so much.Jim Dalpiaz

After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed),After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed), 2nd time - a week later - was a charm. we had beautiful shutters installed in a professional manner by Ryan. This would have been a 5 star review had he come to us first. I strongly recommend that you request him as your installer. I love the shutters.
