After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed),After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed), 2nd time - a week later - was a charm. we had beautiful shutters installed in a professional manner by Ryan. This would have been a 5 star review had he come to us first. I strongly recommend that you request him as your installer. I love the shutters.

Since moving to the Charlotte/LKN area, the Louvre Shop has been my BEST discovery! Craig and his team of experienced professionals can solve most any storage issue or window treatment need. From floor to ceiling draperies to plantation shutters to motorized shades, the Louvre Shop has it all - - and at a very reasonable price. Craig is an engineer by training, so no problem is too complex when it comes to redesigning closets, kitchens and laundry rooms. His team of installers are top notch with great attention to detail. He is a great communicator, who kept me continuously informed. After checking with 2 other vendors, Craig was the clear choice. I am a highly satisfied customer.
