To summarize my experiences with Louver Shop of Charlotte to date: Quality, Beautiful Product, Genuine People and Customer Service Beyond Reproach. There aren't enough words permitted in this post, to describe the service we received. Craig is an extremely personable, friendly person who went out of his way to ensure everything was just perfect for us, in our new home. In the end, they couldn’t have been more perfect! The shutters are gorgeous! I had never considered shutters being mixed in with our Hunter Douglas Roller shades; however, with Craig's natural flair for design, he saw the opportunity immediately and delivered. He took the time to meticulously paint each shutter to perfectly matched our existing decor, and installed them with the same attention to detail, resulting in beautiful shutters which fit perfectly and couldn't match better. With the Hunter Douglas rollers shades, the experience was much the same. We have extremely large casement windows which face a public area in our bedroom and Master Bath. These have had no coverings for the last few months since buying our home making privacy a serious concern. Our shades came in earlier then the shutters and understanding our current circumstance, Craig made a special trip, without us needing to ask and at no extra charge, to install the shades, and provide the privacy we badly needed while we waited for the shutters. This was huge and really demonstrates the type of people the Louvre Shop of Charlotte are. The Louvre Shop of Charlotte genuinely CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and the satisfaction they will receive from their products over many, many years! Craig took the time to ensure everything was just perfect from the design, install, ensuring we understood how to use, the warranties etc. There was no rushing, instead the whole process was actually enjoyable. The customer service alone with Louver Shop of Charlotte would give this business a 5-star rating, throw in the beautiful products and personable people, you just feel and know you can trust, makes you feel so much more at ease when making an investment into window coverings such as these. The Charlotte team is wonderful! We've had great experiences with Craig and his group and have used them to install blinds/shutters both at home and at my office. Their work is high quality, they are responsive and fast, and they're pleasant to work with. The installer, Steve, was so nice and accommodating. We'll absolutely continue to use them in the future.
Last year we had Plantation shutters installed across the front of our two story home, including the foyer window. I was absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Craig & the team at Louver Shop. The fit of the shutters is perfect, the quality of the materials is top notch & the installation was seamless. Our shutters look beautiful & I only wish we had them installed years ago! This year we added a sunroom & Craig installed Hunter Douglas Vignette Remote Controlled Roman Shades on 11 windows. They are absolutely beautiful & rise every morning & close every night at our designated time. We can alter the times on our phones or by the remote. We couldn't be happier with the look & quality of these elegant shades. Craig was so considerate & helpful during the installation which took place in the midst of the pandemic. Both installations were done on time & everything was cleaned up upon departure. You can't go wrong with the products & service provided by Louver Shop of Charlotte.
