Jeb was very professional and friendly during my contact with him and he gave me a great price. When my blinds came in, Tony came out and installed them. He did an awesome job, because he is such a perfectionist in his work, making sure every detail was right. Tony's customer service was exceptional and he went above and beyond my expectations in making my doors look great with the blinds. Not only do the blinds look great, but I am sure they added additional value to my house. If you are looking for blinds for your house, I would highly recommend the Louver Shop.

Awesome company! One email on their website and Jeb was responding. Came to our condo, showed us their product and measured for plantation shutters. We shopped around and this was the best product AND the best price! Installation went very well and our plantation shutters are a great upgrade to our condo!

I highly recommend Louver Shop Shutters of Pensacola, Fairhope & Mobile. I’ve used them for many years starting with my condo on Pensacola Beach and now my house on the beach. The plantation shutters are very high quality and working with Jeb and Bill was a breeze! Great personalities and they are very knowledgeable about the products which made it very comforting and I knew I had made the right choices for my windows. Tony, the installer, was fantastic and so fast! In less than an hour he had shutters installed on multiple windows. I can’t say enough good about this company! You will be very pleased!

I searched the internet for the perfect business to design, build and install interior shutters and I found them! Look no further for amazing service from start to finish with Louver Shop Shutters! Jeb is a really nice guy that guided me through the entire process. After the shutters were installed, Jeb personally called me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeb and Tony at The Louver Shop this week.I was having a problem with my plantation shutters magnets plastic casings cracking, due to direct sun exposure. The shutters and door were purchased about 15 plus years ago from The Louver Shop. Called TLS and spoke with Jeb inquiring about picking up parts to replace the old magnets. He offered to send Tony, his assistant out to replace the magnets on the windows and door. Tony arrived on time, he worked quickly and made sure all the magnets were replaced and making sure there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Jeb called the next day to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I was very pleased with the whole experience, they made it easy. They have a great product, excellent customer service and they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend The Louver Shop. Thank You

If you are looking for shutters to be installed in your home, you will not be disappointed with The Louver Shop. I have dealt with many companies these past two years as my husband and I built our home. After deciding we needed additional shutters and never hearing back from the company who installed the first set, I called The Louver Shop. Jeb and Tony are one of the very few who arrived when they said they would (even calling if they were running a few minutes late), provided a professional, timely, and courteous service with a quote and order placed before leaving my home, installed a quality product within the month, and checked in after the installation to ensure customer satisfaction. I WISH I could have The Louver Shop replace my other shutters which were installed by another company in a year plus effort, lacking in the same quality and customer service. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Just had my shutters installed and it gave my home a beautiful clean design. When deciding to purchase shutters for my house, I chose to get 3 quotes. Jeb came out quickly. He answered all my questions, showed me his products, and measured all the windows. I went with The Louver Shop because the product was made here in the US, the timeline to have the product installed, and the product itself. Tony the installer was friendly, professional and competent . He was skillful and careful with my windows and doors. The bonus of using The Louver Shop is the people who work with you. You can trust Jeb and Tony. That says a lot.
