When we decided to replace some shades with shutters, we called The Louver Shop! Jeb came out, made perfect measurements, and 3 weeks later our shutters were expertly installed by Tony in about 90 minutes! They are perfect! Great job done by professionals.

The Louver Shop provided a professional, pleasant experience. Jeb was on time to take measurements and show me options for plantation shutters. He was very knowledgeable & explained the process including the timeline. I was extremely pleased to discover the shutters are not made overseas but here in Memphis TN. Jeb was very responsive to texts & emails so communication was smooth. They were delivered and installed on time. They turned out exactly as shown. After all is said and done, I have satisfactory shutters installed by the Louver Shop. However, it took 3 sets of shutters being installed to get to this point. Tony, the installer, was great and honest about what we both were seeing with the 1st 2 sets being unsatisfactory for the amount of money I was paying.Order was placed mid February for the 1st set and now by May 28th I have shutters that will do. So if you do not mind the wait time and being inconvenienced by replacement shutters likely needed to be happy with the final result, then this is the company you should use.Jeb (the owner) sent an invoice for the final payment without offering to discount and after I mentioned expecting a discount for this unsatisfactory experience he did discount the final invoice by $290.

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Jeb came to the house to get info to allow him to order shutters. He gave me a firm quote and an installation window. At one minute prior to the install appointment time, Tony was at the door ready to roll. A friendlier, more professional attitude will be hard to find. He did an excellent job and went beyond his commitment, removing the old curtains and even carting the old blinds away. A+++ service!
This company was recommended by a friend, and they did a great job for us. They had a prompt response to our inquiry, and within a week our shutters were custom measured and ordered. We were given a final price at the time of measurement, and there were no surprises. We had good communication during the order process and our shutters were ready for installation in about 4 weeks. We ordered 19 custom shutters and they were installed in one day. This company has top of the line products at a good price. My wife had wanted Plantation Shutters for several years, and they look so good when we finally got them that I told her we should have gotten them sooner!

I love my newest window coverings for my doors. Louver Shop Shutters have now done every window in my house. They handle everything the samples, the measuring, the ordering and installation...in my home! Jeb has a great personality and us super to work with. And, on the RARE chance that you require service they respond promptly. Jeb also had great suggestions on style and color. I will use them again and again. Their installer was efficient and careful not to make a mess. Was in and done within 30 minutes.
Excellent experience. Used this company 3 time for residential plantation shutters. Highly responsive team. No issues with window measurements even with irregular windows. No issues with installation. Installer is a pro and goes the extra mile, fast and does a great job. Quality of product is very good too.
