Jeff Gray was fantastic. Responded to my first call for information. He came out almost immediately, measured the windows we wanted to cover, and within 4 weeks I had my custom plantation shutters up. The Louver Shop plantation shutters are wonderful! I will never have to paint them, they custom fit them for my windows and doors, and when closed keep the gear and/or cold out. If you want a professional job I highly recommend Jeff Gray and the Louver Shop.

We could not be happier with the quality of the shutters and Jeff Gray, the owner of the shop here in Richmond was so professional, highly skilled in the measurements as well as the installation, and kept things on track as promised. We have now added shutters to all of our bedrooms, and when we move to our next floor, we will be back in touch!
