Louver Shop Shutters of Oklahoma City, Edmond & Norman Reviews
Our new shutters were installed today and we are sooooooo happy ! We worked with Melissa Cloyd and absolutely loved her. She is so knowledgeable!! She took her time and went over the different styles we had to choose from . Melissa explained everything to us and also advised us of a tax credit that we will receive for the Louverwood Insulation System. We had two other estimates and Melissa gave us more information than the other two. After we placed the order my husband and I were certain we chose the right company. The shutters were delivered earlier than expected. Our installer Rick was fantastic . He knew his job and did an excellent job installing our shutters . Seriously if anyone is looking for shutters call Louver Shop and ask for Melissa Cloyd. You will not be disappointed.
A great experience!! Our home looks so good with the shutters. However the best experience was working with Melissa and installer Rick. So professional and explain everything. Thank you Louver Shop.
Melissa & Richard were a pleasure to work with. Both very knowledgeable of the products, and were able to help me with deciding what would work best for my home. They did an amazing job with all aspects of the project. Happy with the quick install and my house now has the finishing touch it needed to feel like home.
I’m so happy and pleased with the shutters! They are beautiful and I’m impressed with the quality of them. From the initial presentation from Melissa Cloyd, Design Consultant, in Edmond, OK, to the installation, I have nothing but 5 stars! Thank you!

We used The Louver Shop for plantation shutters and blinds. Melissa and Richard were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for window coverings.
Extraordinary service and beautiful window treatments! From the first phone call and throughout the entire process, our consultant, Melissa, was personable, professional, and caring. The shutters were delivered and installed much sooner than expected. We highly recommend the Louver Shop of Oklahoma City!
Melissa Cloyd was great, the shutter are very nice. I would call her for any of your blind/shutter needs.
Overall, good experience. I was directed to the Hunter Douglas website prior to the consultation. It is important to do your homework first. I opted for the Hunter Douglas vertiglide duettes which made the most sense for my windows. I even picked out the fabric (India Silk Taj). All that needed to be done was measurements. It was not inexpensive but it was what I wanted. I would say it took about 60 days from the initial phone call until installation. Installation was professional and fast. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! Professional, fast and smooth transaction.
We were very happy with Melissa and her husband Installing our blinds. They’re very respectful and Knowledgeable about the products. We love our new blinds!
