The service was excellent. My shutters arrived within the time frame I was promised. The installation was done professionally with great care given to protecting floors. Jeff Smith just installed my louvers and I am thrilled with the results. He came, he measured, he installed. There were no problems whatsoever and I am very satisfied. The louvers look beautiful on my windows and provide the privacy that I wanted. Jeff showed me how to open and close the louvers correctly and advised me on proper cleaning. I definitely recommend his products and service.
