My experience with the Louver Shop exceeded my expectations. I sought out estimates from two other companies but went with Louver Shop based upon the professionalism and experience of Greg, the representative who conducted my estimate. Not only did Greg provide me an estimate with multiple options based on what styles would work best in my home and suit my lifestyle (I have a large Goldendoodle), he was the actual installer once my custom shutters were built. The installation was fast and expertly done. The shutters function perfectly and look great. I highly recommend this company!

Wonderful experience. The Louver Shop folks were friendly and professional and explained everything in detail and addressed all of my questions. The day of the installation appt the technician was timely and installation was done professionally and did not take long. The shutters help to keep the rooms warmer in colder months and cooler in the summer. I love my shutters and wish I made the decision to install them sooner.

Before moving into our home we had 5 of the highest rated (on Google) shutter companies give us quotes on plantation shutters. Greg reached out and patiently answered my questions. After meeting all of the companies we had the most confidence in Greg and Louver Shop Shutters because of the customer service and extremely competitive pricing. I live in Reisterstown MD, and hired Louver Shutters of Baltimore three times to make and install Plantation shutters for my house. We have been thrilled all three times and highly recommend their services! The staff displayed professionalism from the initial phone call through completion of the project. The gentleman that came to our house to measure, then again to install-arrived on time, was very nice, knowledgeable and even helped me make final decisions. I felt the resulting shutters were what I hoped and expected they would be in quality. Plus, we took advantage of the sale. Our family and friends are thrilled with the upgrade it has made for our home.
