My wife and I were looking to get plantation shutters in our new home in Del Webb Wildlight. We got a number of quotes and ended up going with Bill Turner who owns the Jacksonville area territory. We recently had our shutters installed and are very pleased with how they look. Bill was tremendous through the whole process and his product, pricing and service were all exceptional. I just had the most wonderful experience with the Louver shop of Jacksonville. Bill measured and installed louvers on all the windows in our new home. We are thrilled and totally satisfied with, not only the louvers, but the whole process. Our windows look amazing. He also installed an electric shade in our slider door. Great job! The Louver Shop is the BEST. The call center for the company referred me to Bill Turner. He is the representative for the Jacksonville area. He returned my call for an appointment that same evening and an appointment was scheduled within 2 days. He arrived on time with all the samples of shutters I was interested in installing. He explained every type of shutter. We went from room to room and he advised me of the best design shutter for that particular room. He took all the measurements and then sat with me to complete the order to be sure the order was complete and correct. He spent about 1½ hours with me. When he left I immediately cancelled the other scheduled vendors because I knew this was the company and representative I wanted. Bill and “Spanky” do all their own installations so they know everything is done to perfection, which it is. The prices are very reasonable and the service outstanding. I highly recommend Bill Turner.
