After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed),After a difficult start (an installer arrived late - was unable to handle adjustments needed), 2nd time - a week later - was a charm. we had beautiful shutters installed in a professional manner by Ryan. This would have been a 5 star review had he come to us first. I strongly recommend that you request him as your installer. I love the shutters.

Searched high & low for external shades for our screened-in porch to help keep out pollen & finally found them with The Louver Shop. Our sales person, Brady, arrived on time, listened to our needs & provided several options. Price quotes were provided in a very timely manner and we placed our order for customized shades. Once the shades arrived, installation was completed by Brad, with the help of Brady. Both men were professional, friendly, & really paid attention to the small details. We'll definitely reach back out to Brady when we need new indoor window treatments!

The Louver Shop provided a professional, pleasant experience. Jeb was on time to take measurements and show me options for plantation shutters. He was very knowledgeable & explained the process including the timeline. I was extremely pleased to discover the shutters are not made overseas but here in Memphis TN. Jeb was very responsive to texts & emails so communication was smooth. They were delivered and installed on time. They turned out exactly as shown. A different gentleman installed the shutters and he was just as professional as Jeb. If you want a quality product from beginning to end, definitely check out The Louver Shop. Outstanding services, Brady Clevenger!!!!! arrived as scheduled, went over in details about the product, different options. Such a pleasure to meet with him,loved his energy, VERY NICE.
