Our sales person, Brady, arrived on time, listened to our needs & provided several options. Price quotes were provided in a very timely manner and we placed our order for customized shades. He was very knowledgeable & explained the process including the timeline. I was extremely pleased to discover the shutters are not made overseas but here in Memphis TN. Jeb was very responsive to texts & emails so communication was smooth. They were delivered and installed on time. They turned out exactly as shown.
