I've been wanting shutters for a long time and had gotten a few estimates, but I wasn't feeling confident about the final look. I even told Megan I can be a little particular and wasn't sure I could be pleased! I'm so glad she was patient and took the time to explain the difference between the frame options. She even showed me what it would look like in a home, and I'm so happy I went with the frames. The shutters are a great investment, and I'm completely satisfied with how they look. Megan was fantastic throughout the entire process—she listened to my concerns and never made me feel pressured. I even called back about my bathroom window, and they promptly explained the solution. These shutters are exactly what I wanted, and I won't be changing them anytime soon!

We love our plantation shutters. The cost was less than the big box stores and installation was great. We also purchased automated Hunter Douglas shades for the back of our house, which were worth the expense. We appreciated the no pressure and helpful sales from Donnie. Overall we had a great experience with both the shutters and shades and would highly recommend the Louver Shop.
