We had a wonderful experience working with Coleman Curry and The Louver Shop.We knew we wanted some type of window treatment for our green room and garage to help with the intense southern exposure and heat, but we weren't sure whether roller shades, Roman shades, or something else would be the best solution.Coleman came prepared with an extensive selection of samples, but what impressed us most was that he didn't try to sell us the most expensive option or overwhelm us with choices. Instead, he listened to what we wanted, evaluated the rooms, and made a thoughtful recommendation based on our needs. He suggested solar shades, and they turned out to be exactly the right choice. I initially had just a couple of custom wood shutters put in to ensure I was happy with the quality and service. I had previously worked with Lowe’s but due to tariffs the prices had more than doubled. I found the Louver Shop out of Cleveland and was a little worried about the distance and thought the pricing might also be too high. I could not be happier with the result, exceptional service from Coleman. Quality, speed, value and communication were exceptional. I quickly placed another order almost immediately after the first installation. Thrilled with the experience.
