I was promptly contacted by a representative who set up an in home visit to measure and go over the product line. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. My order was completed within the timeframe quoted and installation scheduled very quickly. The fit is very precise and the operation of each part is smooth and free. It offers excellent control of light entering the room in a beautiful and timeless look…just thrilled with the results!!
