Gary and his team were awesome. Gary came out and measured on his own and quoted an amount for the fabrication and install that was right on the dot. Lead time on the shutters was about what he said it would be (in fact they came in sooner) and contacted me for install with his earliest availability. Couldn't be happier with the shutters. Gary and the Louver Shop team were a pleasure to work with. I was previously aware of their work as other members of my family worked with Gary in the past, and they all referred me to him and his team. Extremely responsive, friendly, and the wait time for my shutters was no time at all. They offer a free in-home consultation, which Gary did himself, and competitive pricing. When the shutters came in, installation took all of 20 minutes for 5 windows and they look perfect.
