If you're in Washington, DC and looking for an affordable and fast option to replace your blinds or shutters, I cannot recommend Ronnie at the Louver Shop enough. From the initial consultation to the installation, Ronnie was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly kind and trustworthy. The blinds in my condo were outdated and in need of a modern refresh, not to mention much larger/wider then what you can easily find at stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, but Ronnie walked me through the options the Louver Shop could offer me, did my measurements for two rooms on the spot, and clearly outlined pricing and how long the process would take. I was scheduled and had new, gorgeous blinds installed in a matter of weeks. Ronnie arrived early for both appointments and didn't waste any time getting to work. I would definitely work with him again and will consider the Louver Shop as my good to for blinds and shutters!
Louver Shop owner Greg Kolega and estimator/installer Ronnie Lennox, who have known each other for most of their lives, installed custom-made traditional colonial shutters throughout my house, including a new addition, and blinds on the windows in two bathrooms. I chose The Louver Shop for window treatments because it is the only place in the greater Washington, DC area that offers traditional colonial shutters. The shutters were made and installed within the estimated time period and are awesome. They both greatly improve the appearance and value of my house. Finally, it was a pleasure dealing with both Greg and Ronnie. Highly recommended.

OMG once again, the Louver shop has come through on a wonderful project. This is the third house that we have had shutters and blinds put in by the Louver shop and as usual turned out beautiful. Ronnie is very professional, tidy, organized and clean and I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Incredible service, incredible product! We couldn't be happier with our new plantation shutters, they bring each room to a new level of sophistication, keep the house cool on hot days, and add an extra layer of privacy if needed. With so many variations on how to position the shutters, each day can look a little different, and they are easy to clean. They just look incredible! The service for measuring and installation was impeccable...appointments were made quickly, installers arrived on time, clean and efficient workmanship, and a perfectly fitted finished product at a fair price.
