We called, made an appointment with Jim Potter, he was prompt, knowledgable, showed us samples and let us know they are made in America. The shutters arrived in 6 weeks as promised. Tony, who was the installer, arrived on time, was very professional, the shutters were very well made, the install went perfectly and they look beautiful.
