Loved the blinds installed in our bedroom. White, plantation-like shutters. They can be adjusted to let in light but nice and dark at night. The experience with our home office was not so great. We picked several sets of blinds out of the sample book and our sales rep kept coming back saying they were no longer available. I felt sorry for him because it was not his fault but we were getting pretty annoyed. We finally settled on some that were still in production but it took awhile for installation. The quality of the blinds are great. Our sales rep and installer were both personable and responsive but someone needs to update the sample book. It made what should have been fun a frustrating experience.
We had an excellent experience working with Louver Shop Shutters. They were easy to get into touch with, came over quickly to discuss our windows, offered some recommendations, and took measurements. We were worried about how the shutters would look on a few very large windows we have and the folks we worked with were patient and knowledgeable as they helped us visualize what different options would look like in our home. We're so happy with the results! The shutters and blackout roman shades we chose look stunning and function perfectly. Honestly, some rooms in our house look brand new with these updates alone. Highly recommend and the lifetime warranty is really the cherry on top!
I could not be happier with my new custom blinds. On my initial consultation, Chase came to my home and listened to me go on about what I wanted. I wasn’t sure what I wanted myself. But he listened and was actually spot on! The blinds turned out perfectly! Exactly what I was picturing! Roger installed them quickly and went over everything with me.
