Everything is hand made in the USA and has a lifetime/transferrable warranty.The best program that they have going is a monthly payment plan without interest charged; which is very helpful when moving into a new house without any window treatments and wanting to do the whole house in plantation shutters (We have a lot of windows in the house).The process, quality of the product, and the payment plan offered was so impressive, that I provided the salesman's information (Brady Clevenger) to the builder of our home, so that he can provide the information to owners of new houses that he builds.If we ever need any other window treatments, Louver Shop is the place that we will go.
