I have a custom home built in 1991, it has shutters in the main living area that were original to the home. Unlike most homes, our windows are 93.5 inches tall. We wanted to add shutters is the family room, and it was Important to my wife and I that we match the existing shutters. However, we soon discovered that most companies will not make shutters over 84 Inches in height. Although they will claim they can, only to notify you later that they were unable to get your order approved. The Louvre Shop said they could, and followed through on that commitment! We were so pleased with the product and service that we then went back and ordered shutters for the rest of the house. Our house looks amazing! Working with Megan and Corbin was a breeze. I contacted them to get window coverings for all our windows when we built our house. They offered suggestions and explained many of my options. They were quick and installed everything for us. A few years later when we had an issue with one of our coverings I reached out to Megan. She handled the replacement and I was able to fix it within 2 weeks. I would definitely use again if I needed window coverings.
