From the initial consultation to the installation, Ronnie was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly kind and trustworthy. The blinds in my condo were outdated and in need of a modern refresh, not to mention much larger/wider then what you can easily find at stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, but Ronnie walked me through the options the Louver Shop could offer me, did my measurements for two rooms on the spot, and clearly outlined pricing and how long the process would take. I was scheduled and had new, gorgeous blinds installed in a matter of weeks. Ronnie arrived early for both appointments and didn't waste any time getting to work.
