My name is Rick Nava and I have proudly served customers of The Louver Shop in West Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas since 1999.

My wife, Cindy, and I live in Cordova, Tennessee with our two cats, Precious and Forrest. I handle the sales end of the business, while Cindy handles the office and our son-in-law, Adam Henson, does the installations.

Prior to joining The Louver Shop, I was in the retail grocery business for a number of years, and I also worked in the carpet industry for over ten years. I spent seven years in the US Army and I have always served in a management capacity in any job I have had. From my experience, I have learned that customer satisfaction is the number one priority in any job that you do.

I attended Clayton College in Morrow, Georgia where I received an Associates Degree in Business. I have also attended continuing education courses at The University of Georgia, Georgia Tech and Dalton College, as well as numerous trainings with Hunter Douglas on installing window coverings. My classroom training has been supported by the hands on experience I have received by spending the last eight years measuring and installing blinds and shutters in windows from the east coast to Arkansas.

I enjoy reading, golf, fishing, cooking out, baseball and walking. My perfect weekend now would be grilling outside with friends and family—especially my new granddaughter, Brooke.
