Julio Torres, the sales rep who provided me with a free estimate, was very kind and thorough. The installation of the windows was professional and clean. From the time of the first visit to the final installation, the service was fantastic! We were given complete information on products offered. The installation took only 3 hours. The quality of the plantation shutters is superb and they are reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the shutters and highly recommend The Louver Shop!

Quick clean installation with all the gaps perfect. 4" plantation shutters recommended by Ryan are better than I pictured. Finish is polished and easy to dust and clean. Fully opened does not block any light.

I called in the morning and was able to schedule the estimate for the same day. It was quick and by far the best price for real wood shutters I found anywhere and that included installation. They are one of the best features of our home now.
