This is the second purchase from the Louver Shop. We found the salesman to be courteous and knowledgable. He took our measurements and actually went the extra mile to find paint colors that matched our existing paint. The installer was fast, efficient and also very courteous. He had seven shutters installed in less than 2 hours. In fact, after seeing these latest ones, we are ready to install four more shutters now.

Highest quality and beauty for a reasonable price. Custom design and installation. Professional and dependable staff. We have ordered shutters two times and both experiences could not have been better. We miss Carol Galloway; to us, she was the "face of the company" and the best salesperson ever.

Five star service the entire process. The local representative was knowledgeable, personable and professional. The bid was $4,000 less then a competitor. The installation was complete, correct and on time. The professional installer did a phenomenal job. We are very pleased with the end product. The shutters are beautiful and our home immediately seemed cooler, which is great in the SC summer heat.
