I shopped several companies for my new home with very different results. Some sales reps called in sick the day of their scheduled appointment missing their appointment. Some sales reps just didn’t show at all for the scheduled appointment. I received different information from the sales reps. Some were promoting a wood product and some were promoting the vinyl product and different installation methods. The Louver rep was the franchise owner. He showed me different options and carefully walked me through the best of many options for me. He made the selection process easier than all the other sales reps. When the order was placed he was very upfront about the factory time to make the plantation shutters that I had selected due to delays created by the COVID pandemic. He stated he would follow up with me if there would be any delays or shipping problems. He followed up with me! He contacted me when the shutters were being shipped. He estimated the arrival date and scheduled the installation. The installation was done perfectly by the franchise owner and a helper. Two doors and 11 windows were completed in a matter of a few hours. The work was preformed very cleanly. When they left there was no mess! The installation was great. I really like the shutters and have received many compliments from friends and my new neighbors. They look great inside and outside! I highly recommend Louvers of St Augustine. Bill Turner is the franchise owner. I felt I had made a new friend.

Bill Turner and his helper Daniel just finished installing the plantation shutters in my house. We started out only doing three bedrooms and one glass door. After Bill completed installing our blinds they were absolutely beautiful! So we had Bill measure the windows in our family room, dining room, living room and office. After waiting a few weeks our blinds were in and Bill and Daniel installed all of the blinds. They were absolutely gorgeous! So we asked Bill to measure the windows in our master bedroom and bathroom and our garage. Three weeks later our blinds are now all installed and Bill and Daniel have done an amazing job in our home. It’s like we have just bought a new home. I feel that the quality of the blinds are great the price is very reasonable. We never thought that we could ever afford plantation shutters! Thank you again Bill and Daniel kudos to you both!!

The Louver Shop responded quickly to my inquiry and we had the shutters on order within a few days. My new shutters were installed today. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the shutters and the knowledgeable person who installed them. I'd recommend the Louver Shop of Knoxville/Chattanooga.
My shutters are beautiful. I thought that I had said that instead of one rail coming down the middle that there would be two. That way I could open the top and bottom differently. The installer was gracious and told me he could make that happen by cutting the one original rod into two pieces and smoothing the edges. Problem solved ...........so I thought. I came home to find saw dust EVERYWHERE! The installer had obviously cut the rods in my house. My dining room was covered in saw dust.....all glassware, floors, table, accessories on the table , on the molding on the floors and around the room itself. It took me several hours to clean up.. Plus I found my vacuum in my dining room in a corner. I guess the installer searched my house and found a vacuum , used it, and then left it in the corner of my dining room. Was extremely unhappy with the work I had to do to clean up.
Coleman was excellent from start to finish, from making our selections all the way through to installation. He was prompt to appointments, cleaned up after his work, and worked around our busy family. We love our new plantation shutters. Would recommend Coleman and the Louver Shop to anyone! 5/5, could not have been better.
