Charlie's History & Experience in Window Treatments

Coming from a background in the business, Charlie made his career in the window coverings industry and ever since that time, he and his wife have served the people of Cincinnati, Columbus and beyond.

Louver Shop began in Charlie’s neighbor’s garage over 50 years ago and he started in the industry by putting hinges on shutters at the factory. His next endeavor was to help to fabricate and paint them before moving onto shutter installation.  Since then, Charlie has installed thousands of window shutters throughout his career in the business!

Charlie and Jenni also do a lot of volunteer work with their local church, traveling periodically overseas (most recently to Guatemala) to help local children with school and education.

Jenni and Charlie not only have a business serving Columbus and Cincinnati, but they’re also big sports fans, supporting the local teams, including the Browns, Cleveland Guardians, as well as the Clippers.

Charlie and Jenni have a straightforward approach to their business when helping customers - they bring product samples and demonstrate the pros and cons of each. Charlie says that he encourages customers to ask questions, and this helps them to narrow down to the best choices for their wants and needs.

Charlie states he likes to walk all of his clients through the entire process so they know what to expect. Before, during, and after the installation, the couple follows up to ensure everything was done right and this makes for very happy customers - whether it's shutters, blinds or shades.
