What are the shutters made out of?
Our wood shutters are constructed entirely out of American Hardwoods with joints that are held together with dowels, screws, and glue.  Our Louverwood Shutter is made of solid PVC.

Are there any types of guarantees or warranties?
We have a limited lifetime guarantee / warranty on the structure, workmanship, and installation of the shutters.  Click here for our warranty.  The manufacturer provides the warranties applicable to blinds and shades.  Ask your rep for more details.

What does your price include?
Installation, measuring, consultation, hardware and hanging strips are included in our prices.   Our price also includes paint or stain finishes to one of 15 standard paint colors or one of eight standard stains.  We can custom match paints or stains at a modest additional price.  Your local sales tax and shipping charges may also be applied.

I have an arched shaped window; can you make shutters to fit it?
Yes, we can.  In fact, we have a specialty department capable of making shutters to fit all range of shapes from arches to octagon shapes and more.  We have never met a window we could not cover.

What other products do you sell?
We also sell a wide variety of blinds and shades.

Who installs your shutters, shades and blinds?
Our own professional installers will hang your shutters. The excellent work of our installers is part of the reason why The Louver Shop is so successful.

How long have you been in business?
Founded in 1972 and operated under the same ownership until May of 2011. In May of 2011, new ownership took over and are dedicated to continue the family values of the old company while improving the product quality and construction. Adding the technology and efficiency of today’s manufacturing techniques, we provide the best products for the best value in the shortest lead time.

Can I get references if I need them?
References are available on request.  We will even try to find someone in or near your neighborhood.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time varies per product.   Please ask your sales rep for details.
